  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us.
  • Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order (address, quantity, or customization), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed, changes may not be possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a certain amount. The qualifying amount will be displayed at checkout.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination country.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Domestic: 3-7 business days after the order is shipped.
